I don’t know why they didn’t give you the unlock code, I didn’t use my cell for almost 6 month. Maybe maybe the activation ran out.

It took 45 minutes to get the code from my service provider(AT&T) and it was an 8 digit code not 16 digit for me. Thanks

Hello. I’m from Argentina. I got an lg365 in the States last winter and when I got back to Argentina I stopped using it for 6 months.
When I found out that I needed to call AT&T to get my unlock code, I couldn’t get it cause I hadn’t used the phone for over 2 months.
How can I get my unlock code if AT&T won’t help me, then?

YOU CAN NOT USE SOMEONE ELSE’S UNLOCK CODE!! Unlock codes are specific to each phone. They are generated using the IMEI number of the phone. You can try calling your service provider to get a code from them, they can create the code using the IMEI number you MUST provide to them. IF this is NOT an option for you (you found the phone, bought it on Ebay or just stole it) then you’ll need to PAY someone for the code. Depending upon the phone this can be expensive, but most are fairly resonable especially considering the cost of the new phone. Hope this helps. i have the LG neon te365 model adn i tried already 3 time for this code and i cant find it PLEASE help i already owe rogers an abudant amount of money lol so im not really in the mode lets say to call them and ask tehm for the code that usually you have to pay for from stores or w.e to unlock it so how did u get that code from anyone for free. will rogers actually give me the unlock code for free if i just til them my IMEI code? email me the answer asap thnx
