Bzzt! Wrong! Samsung M800 Instict is a CDMA phone and has NO SIM Card. This would never work for this model.

I have a Samsung instinct cdma with a carrier Sprint (USA).unactivated. I lives in India. I am trying to unlock the same, so that I can use the same with a local carrier..some one guide me, thanks

Most CDMA devices, such as from Sprint and Verizon Wireless are much harder to unlock. They cannot be unlocked via an unlock code, but usually need to be plugged into some type of hardware that can flash the cell phone. Unfortunately, Sprint currently offers only CDMA phones on their network.

Another question… i have this same phone through sprint…. does it HAVE a sim card? becase the instructions say to Power on without the sim card, but i’ve taken my phone all apart and do not see a sim card to take out.

heres a question… i have a samsung instinct, but my carrier is sprint, so i dont have an imei number, only a hedx number and dec….will this still work for me to unlock my phone?
