Unlock your Samsung Instinct M800

Review released on July 28th, 2009 by Derek

Samsung Instinct M800 phone
Unlocking your Samsung Instinct M800 phone only takes a few steps. You need a Samsung Instinct M800 unlock code for your phone before you can begin. Normally, you can acquire a free unlock code by downloading phone unlocking software or by calling your phone carrier. Regardless, you will need your Samsung Instinct M800′s IMEI number. Either the phone carrier will ask for it or you will need to enter it into your phone unlocking software to generate some free unlock codes. Here are the steps to find your Samsung Instinct M800′s IMEI number:

Find Samsung Instinct M800 IMEI Number

1. Power on your Samsung Instinct.
2. Type *#06# on your phone’s keypad.
3. The first 15 digits of output is your Samsung Instinct’s IMEI number.

Using your IMEI number you should be able to attain your free unlock code. Once you have your unlock code we can begin the unlock steps. This phone guide is based off of the following articles: How To Unlock A Samsung Instinct M800 and my previous phone guide on Unlocking a Samsung phone for Free. Here are the steps to unlock your Samsung Instinct M800:

How To Unlock Samsung Instinct M800

1. Power on your Samsung Instinct without the SIM card in.
2. Type #7465625*638*CODE# (where CODE = your unlock code)
3. Phone will display “Network Lock Deactivated”
4. Your Samsung Instinct may auto reboot.

Now you should have an unlocked Samsung Instinct M800 that you can use with any phone carrier or network. Just buy a SIM card for that phone carrier and order service. Of course this phone guide will only work on SIM enabled phones and not CDMA phones. If this phone guide did not help you unlock your Samsung phone, try reading my older article on How To Unlock A Samsung Mobile Phone.

  3. admin says:

Unfortunately, Sprint currently offers only CDMA phones on their network.
