Make sure you have a correct unlock code. Otherwise It’s possible it is already unlocked, you can check this by tying: #pw+1234567890+1#
Note: If your phone displays code error, do not repeat this process continually, as it could lock your phone up!
Hey Jye, make sure that you are powering your Nokia N91 on without any SIM card in it at all, or with your new UNACCEPTED SIM card. You cannot unlock your cell phone to work with the already proper SIM card, since it is already unlocked for it. Hence why it is probably saying “Not Allowed”
