This phone guide shows how to unlock a Nokia 6030 with a free unlock code generator. Since the Nokia 6030 is a DCT4 model phone from Nokia, it can be unlocked much easier then some of the newer model phones. Usually the hardest part of unlocking any phone is acquiring a working unlock code. In the case of the Nokia 6030 we can use a free unlock code generator. The DCT4 generator we will be using today is provided free of charge from unlock.nokiafree.org and can be downloaded here.
Once you have finished downloaded the unlock code generator you can follow the steps below to unlock your Nokia 6030. You can find the original steps from this phone article. Here are the steps:
Unlock Nokia 6030
1. Run the unlock code generator.
2. Goto “Options” and deselect “Expert Mode”
3. Next you need your Nokia 6030′s IMEI number. Get this by typing in *#06# and hitting enter on your phone.
4. Now using the generator, select your country and your phone carrier.
5. Now hit calculate
The generator should now have generated your 6030′s unlock code and will output something similar to: #pw+xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx+x#.
