I quite like dealing with them. Fair and flexible. However, standard unlock instructions don't work. No "special instruction" display. Foreign sim triggered demands for non-existent PIN. What did work was removing the sim, getting up the dialer screen and then typing #073887. A screen requesting the unlock code then comes up. After the code is entered a confirmation screen verifies the unlocked status and you are done. Thank you all for the advice. T-Mobile just gave me unlock codes, one for a Cliq2 and one for a cliq.
