Samsung Propel A 767 Review
This review will cover the basic features and specs of the Samsung Propel A 767. The new phone has a slide out qwerty keyboard, as seen in many other mobile phones. Furthermore, the Samsung Propel has a 1.3 megapixel camera. The phone’s design is kind shorter and wider as seen in many Blackberry mobile phones.
The Samsung A 767 has a qwerty keyboard that slides out of the bottom. The keyboard is not very cramped and is easy to use. The Samsung Propel also supports T-9 words as well for text messages. You may also set shortcuts on the phone, which can be accessed using the shortcut keys on the keyboard.
The camera provided on this new phone is a little weak comapred to smartphone standards of today. The camera is only 1.3 megapixels and takes photos at a maximum resolution of 1280 x 960. While we might be expecting higher quality photos, the Samsung Propel has at least provided some nice features such as night mode. Beyond taking pictures with the phone, you may also record short videos as well.
Viewing these pictures on the phone’s display might be a different story. Also not up to smartphone standards of today, is the Propel’s 2.2 inch, 65,000 color display. Overall, it is dull and not very colorfull. The display isn’t too large either, so that doesn’t help much.
To conclude this review of the Samsung A 767 I would have to say this phone does not compare to many other smartphones today, but it’s cheap price starting at $70.00 makes its an okay buy. If you are not looking for anything fancy in your mobile phone, the Propel might be worth looking at. It is also worth mentioning the phone is 3G capable as well.
