The Sony S1 is a new tablet from Sony that was released on April 26, 2011. Sony S1 tablet specifications were also announced, although there is no release date currently set by the electronics manufacturer. However, we do believe that the S1 will be made available for purchase sometime during the 3rd quarter of this year (2011). Additionally, alongside the Sony S1, the Sony S2 tablet is also planned to make it’s debut. Both of these new mobile tablets are very similar and will probably vary very little in their appearance.
