Motorola A810 Unlocked With Unlock Code
Review released on December 19th, 2009 by Derek
Unlocking a Motorola A810 with an unlock code only takes a few steps. A Motorola A810 unlocked will work with any GSM phone network and can be much cheaper than paying for a pre unlocked Motorola A810. This phone guide provides free instructions on how to unlock your Motorola A810 using a Motorola unlock code. By default all SIM based Motorola phones comes with a SIM lock on them that prevents foreign or unaccepted SIM cards from working in them. By removing this SIM lock you can get a SIM card and service with a new phone network of your choice!
First you will need an unlock code for your Motorola A810. You can try getting one for free by calling up your current phone carrier. In exchange they will request your Motorola A810′s IMEI number which you can get by typing *#06# and hitting enter. If you are unable to get a free one, you may have to purchase a Motorola unlock code from an online vendor, which is at least cheaper then paying for a pre unlocked phone.
Once you have acquired your unlock code you can use the following free instructions to unlock your Motorola mobile phone:
Unlock Motorola A810 (SIM Unlock)
1. Reboot your phone with an unaccepted SIM card in.
*If the display reads “Enter Special Code”, enter the unlock code and press “OK”
*If the display does not read “Enter Special code”:
2. Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed.
3. Type *, #, 3, 2, # and press “OK”
4. Enter your Motorola unlock code and press “OK.”
5. Your Motorola phone should now display either “Completed” or
“Deleted”

Getting a free code from your carrier doesn't always work. Alternatively, I recommend this unlock service when trying to find an unlock code. If they do not support your cell phone then you can also try this website that supports tons of specific phone models.
