Recently LG has announced the release of the Optimus L3 Dual. This is a dual SIM card version of the LG smartphone and we have some preliminary specifications to get you in the loop on this upcoming phone. Basically this model is very similar to previous versions, with the exception of the dual-sim ability. The device will ship with Android OS v.2.3.6, but runs a CPU clock of only 800mhz.
