An HTC Smart can be unlocking with an unlock code. An unlocked HTC Smart has the advantage of working on any GSM or SIM based phone network. This means that you do not have to use your HTC Smart with the original phone carrier you bought the mobile phone with. As stated earlier, you will however need an unlock code to do this. You can usually get a free unlock code by contacting your current phone carrier and requesting one. my phone carrier do not give out unlock codes. so how i get an unlock code? i told them they locked it and so they must have the codes to unlock it. unfortunately, they do not give it or WONT give it. i have to shell an extra amount to pay a person to do it. do you know what is the unlock code of Nokia N958g? thanks.
