The HTC Explorer specs and release date are not official yet but some leaked news for this device has come forth. Previously, the HTC Explorer was rumored as the HTC Pico. Although not confirmed, we think the expected release date of the HTC Explorer will be sometime during this 4th quarter of 2011. It will probably be a more budget based Android phone considering many of it’s specs are average. Additionally, there has been no word on a price in the United States or India.
