HTC 7 Surround specs, price, and release date information has become available alongside the release of many other Windows Phone 7 devices. The HTC 7 Surround specifications and features describe a new style of smartphone. One of the primary reasons for this being that the new HTC Surround actually has a slide-out speaker and supposedly will have the highest audio quality of any other mobile phones.
