What’s da whole point of this blog if the eight digit number is not provided. FYI the provider will only give you the network lock code when the account is left in good standing and alot ppl do not leave with all their cell phones bills paid.

whelp called the tmobile store to see if i could get a code for it, sat on the phone with a gook for over an hour being put on hold every 5 minutes so she could “exhaust all of her resources” came back and said “sorry there is nothing i can do for u as the phone u are trying to use is locked to a certian provider” as i think in my head, no shit ya big dumb bitch

I am not sure that unlocking has anything to do with that problem. I would contact T-Mobile or your manufacturer for that. Sorry I coudnt help more. Good luck!

hey,
it seems to me that i have the same problem as Ashley.i bought a Samsung Highlight in may and my nephew was playing with it last night and when i tried to turn it on this morning, it told me to insert my password.i did but it still says incorrect PIN contact customer care, and i cant!! i don’t know what to do!!
i would really appreciate your help!!

Hey Ashley, are you trying to remove the SIM lock on your cell phone to use it wiht other phone carriers, etc? It sounds to me that you are rather trying to figure out how to unlock the user interface to access your phone. If that is the case, then this guide probably will not help you much, but you need rather to reset your firmware. I would suggest calling up your cell phone carrier or the manufacturer (Samsung) as they can probably help you with that type of problem. Good luck!

hey,
my friend has the samsung highlight. and it will not unlock. she put her code in or password. and it says its blocked. and she has no access to her cell phone. she has put her password in many times. and it still says blocked.. she has taken her battery out and put it back in. still wont unlock. is there any way you could explain whats wrong and how we would unlock it?

i called t mobile and asked for my unlock code, i was on the phone with them for a few minutes; however, i did have my account for a few months and they gave me the code as requested. thanks t mobile.
