How To Unlock A Samsung Corby S3650The Samsung Corby S3650 can be unlocked in a few ways. This article shows how to unlock a Samsung Corby S3650 without any cables or special unlocking software. In fact, the instructions provided in this article work on many Samsung mobile phones but not all. Overall, the Corby is a neat new phone from Samsung and it is worth unlocking to use with the phone carrier of your choice. Furthermore, the newer Samsung CorbyPRO can also be unlocked in the same fashion.

Before you can begin the unlock instructions on your Samsung S3650 you will need an unlock code. You can usually get a free unlock code from your phone carrier by calling them up and requesting one. You will however, need to meet their requirements, etc. If this doesnt work you may have to pay for an unlock code from an online vendor. Once you have your Samsung Corby’s unlock code you will be able to unlock it in just a few easy steps:

Unlocking a Samsung Corby S3650

1. Power on your Samsung mobile phone without the SIM card in.
2. Type #7465625*638*
3. Enter your Samsung unlock code
4. Type #
5. If worked, phone should say “Network Lock Deactivated”
6. Your Samsung phone may automatically reboot.

How To Get An Unlock Code

Getting a free unlock code by requesting it from the carrier may not always work. Alternatively, I recomend trying to find your code by using an instant unlock site or service.

  2. I tried it but I coudnt press # sign. I tried it 2x it said Phone Freeze. So I immediately ejected the sim card and changed the old one back and the Phone still reads my old sim (thank god) but I didnt try to use the new sim so I wont accidentally lock my phone and have to pay for it to be fixed.

So this method doesnt work for me. As I cant press the number sign.

  3. I would check your phone carriers website for a support number, etc. Who is your current phone carrier? If you do not currently have a phone carrier then I would recommend using a professional unlocking service such as listed on this website.

  4. For those of you who cannot type the # symbol to unlock your phone: Generally you can cycle through symbols or characters by hitting the (*) asterisk key or something similar.

Does Enter Samsung unlock code mean that I have to enter my own pin code from the mobile phone, which I need to switch it on?

  7. The unlock code is a unique code that is calculated from your cell phone’s IMEI number. It is usually not the same thing as a password or pin code for the device’s firmware, etc, but I could be wrong. What doesn’t work about your Samsung Corby GT mobile phone?
