To unlock a Nokia Mural from AT&T you will need a Nokia unlock code first. You can get a free Nokia Mural unlock code usually by contacting AT&T and requesting for a free one. In exchange they will need your Nokia Mural’s IMEI number which you can get simply by typing *#06#. The first 15 digits of output on your Mural’s screen is your IMEI number. Once you have your Nokia Mural’s IMEI number you can call up AT&T for a free unlock code. I have heard many success stories with people requesting free unlock code from AT&T. As long as you have had service with them for at least 3 months they will generally not give you a hard time.
