This Nokia guide covers how to type: #PW+Unlock Code+1# to unlock most Nokia cell phones on the GSM phone network. I have noticed that some users have issues when having to type the sequence above when trying to unlock their cell phone.
The issue is that on some older Nokia phones there is no QWERTY keyboard to type the P and W characters.
To fix this:
Simply hit the asterisk (*) several times and it will iterate through the different characters you need to enter the full sequence.
